Customer service representative

Job Responsibilities:

1.To call existing customers and try to develop new customers

2.To communicate effectively with customers to understand customer needs and make appointment of face to face visits by salespersons

3.To maintain business relationship with existing customers while promoting new sales leads


Job Requirements:

1.20-35 years old, fluent in mandarin Chinese with appealing voice

2.Passionate about customer service

3.Strong learning and communication skills

4.Persistent, quick-thinking, flexible, and can work under pressure

5.Ambitious, responsible and with positive attitude. Applicants with telephone customer service experience preferred

Performance bonus + Annual bonus

Working hours: five days per week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, no work during national public holidays
